Once you are done it will be automatically submitted to our leadership team.
The Hiring Process
Screening Interview
The first step in our hiring process after you apply for the position is our Screening Interview. This interview is a remotely recorded interview done by the applicant at their own convenience. You have a time frame in which to complete the Screening Interview once you accept.
Working Interview / Assessment Test
Once your Screening Interview has been submitted and reviewed, we will ask you back for either a Working Interview or Assessment Test depending on which position you applied for.
Candidates who apply for our Senior Operations Manager or Swim Instructor / Drowning Prevention Specialist positions will complete a Working Interview where you will get in the water with one of our Managers or Shift Supervisors to get a lay of the land, see what we do/teach and so all parties can get an idea of how it would be working at Big Kahuna Swim Academy.
Candidates who apply for our Admin / Customer Service Rep position will complete an Assessment Test. This test is designed to see if your skill sets align with the position. The Assessment Test includes a skills test, along with a communications test.
Sit Down Interview
The final step in our hiring process is our Sit Down Interview. This is where we will meet with you in person and go through a formal interview.
After this interview, our leadership team will discuss and reach out if we think you’d be a good fit with the organization. We hope you will be!
